Web design

Recently we were given a task to design a web page of our choice. It could be a personal or a tutorial site. So i went on a self experimenting task find an easy to use web design application. I ended up trying Microsoft Front Page, NVU and expression web. Of all three I tried the only I find comforting despite its lack was Microsft FrontPage. NVU had no drawing tool and Expression web wasn't user friendly may be because I was trying them out for the first time. Also I found an application included in Open Office Suite that you could use to design a website. I may experiment on it soon, but since I'm running out of time to design my web page completely and meet all the requirements I may be sticking with front page.
